Such Third Party Services may have access partially or entirely to Apartment Kate's or our Visitors' Personal information solely and only in order to be enabled to facilitate and enhance Wix.com’s services and business. Third Party Service Providers have their own privacy practices available, and Wix.com and Apartments Kate are not responsible for those. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such linked third -party websites and services.

 

2. Law Enforcement, Legal Requests and Duties: Where permitted by local data protection laws, Wix.com may disclose or otherwise allow others access to our Personal Information pursuant to a legal request, such as a subpoena, legal proceedings, search warrant or court order, or in compliance with applicable laws, if Wix.com has good faith belief that the law requires them to do so, with or without notice to us.

Protecting Rights and Safety: Wix.com may share our Personal Information with others if they believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of Wix.com, any of their Users, our Visitors, or any member of the general public, with or without notice to us.

 

4. App Market Developers: As part of their App Market program, Wix.com allows third party developers to develop and offer their own applications via the Wix App Market (“Third Party App(s)”). In conjunction with Wix.com each Third Party Developer is bound by the Wix App Market – Partner Program Agreement, which among others, contains restrictions on how they may access, store and use the Non-personal and Personal Information we and/or our Visitors provide to Wix.com. Every Third Party App Developer have and are responsible for their own privacy policy and can provide to us any clarifications on those policies upon request and before we decide whether to install their Third Party App.

 

5. WixHive API: By installing certain Wix Apps and/or Third Party Apps, we also allow their respective provider to share and/or access certain Non-personal and Personal Information regarding us and/or our Visitors, via the “WixHive” API. Such information includes, among others, contact details, messages, business applications and certain activities on the services and/or our website, which are stored and thereafter accessible via our user account. In order to further protect ours and our Visitors' privacy Wix.com contractually prohibits all Third Party Developers from combining Personal Information collected across different user websites and services, and from sharing our Visitors’ Personal Information other than with other Apps installed on the same website or services, for the purposes of such specific user website or services. Wix.com however may still access and use information collected and stored via the WixHive API across different user websites and apps, as necessary for providing and improving its services.

 

To prevent the collection or sharing of Personal Information via the WixHive API, we keep the installed apps on our website at the necessary minimum that is required to provide to our Visitors the expected functionality and the services on our web site. 

 

6. Wix Subsidiaries and Affiliated Companies: Wix may share Personal Information internally within their family of companies, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, they may share our Personal Information with Wix.com Inc., their US-based subsidiary, in the course of facilitating and providing us (and our Visitors) with their services. Sharing of Personal Information from Wix.com subsidiaries and affiliated companies in the European Union and Switzerland to Wix.com's United States subsidiary, adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks.

 

Wix.com may share ours or our Visitors' Personal Information in manners other than as described above, pursuant to our explicit approval, or if they are legally obligated to do so.
